Create a Top Ten Vision Board

Have you ever felt stuck, without vision or direction for your life?

I sure have! Then when I finally started to head in a direction, too many ideas paralyzed me from moving forward in my purposes.

Several months ago, a friend, Cheryl Smith, told me about creating a “Top Ten Vision Board.” Cheryl shared Terri Savelle Foy’s book, “Dream It. Pin It. Live It.,” with several of her online friends, and I immediately ordered.

This inspirational author takes readers through a series of exercises to help them discover desires, which hold the key to God-give purposes. She explains how to pin your passions as well as pursue your goals. She also helps you to focus more intensely on three goals. The three I decided to focus upon were to start my art business, JoDee Luna Art, to finish a book about creativity that I’ve started, and to continue to create art:

I’m amazed at how many of these items I’ve checked off in the short time since I created the “Top Ten Vision Board.” Thanks to encouragement from family, friends, and Terri Savelle Foy, I’ve pushed through my panic to start an art business and sell original portraits via an Etsy Shop, JoDee Luna Art. Ideas for inspirational artwork and books continue to bubble up and out of my brain.

So If there you are in need of some life direction, try creating a vision board with your top ten goals.

*A special thanks to the women who have created the inspirational magnets I used for this board:
